Programme FAQ
What counts as a qualifying referral?+
A qualifying referral is a new paying customer who completes a purchase for an eligible Pro Grow Club membership plan. Free leads, unpaid trials, and failed payments do not qualify.
How much can I earn?+
Under the draft programme rules, you earn a fixed one-time commission per qualifying new paying customer. The exact rate is confirmed by Kyle before the programme goes live. Use the calculator above for an illustration.
Do I earn on renewals?+
No. The first version of the programme pays a one-time commission per new qualifying customer. Monthly renewals do not generate additional commission.
How are referrals tracked?+
When someone visits your partner page, we record the referral and carry it through to checkout. Attribution is locked when a purchase begins, so the right partner always gets credit.
When do I get paid?+
Commissions are reconciled monthly. There is a hold period after a qualifying payment before a commission becomes eligible for payout. The exact payout day, method, and minimum threshold are confirmed before the programme goes live.
Can anyone become a partner?+
We welcome mushroom-growing creators, educators, community leaders, and enthusiasts with a relevant audience. Each application is reviewed individually.
